Tenant Find

 Looking for a tenant. Then for only £450 we will:

• Photographs and advertising on all property portals
• Referencing the tenant
• Setting up the Tenancy Agreement
• Instructions on how to register the Tenants Deposit

 

 

 

 

 

 

Full Management

 

 

Full management service. For only £300 plus 8% of rent we will:

• Arrange the check-In with the tenant at the start of the tenancy
• Keyholding
• Registering the tenants deposit
• Collection of rent
• Arranging repairs and maintenance issues (if you want us to)
• Regular property inspections
• Monthly statements
• Checking out the tenant
